My my… where do I begin? 8 )

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — At most colleges, high schools, universities, and schools altogether marijuana is very much an extracurricular subject of interest. However, Med Grow Cannabis College is a college where marijuana is the primary curriculum which includes: the history of it, the horticulture and the legal DO’s & DON’T’s of Michigan’s new medical marijuana program approved this past November making it the 13th US state to legalize marijuana. Mr. Tennant saw this as the opportunity of a lifetime!

“This state needs jobs, and we think medical marijuana can stimulate the state economy with hundreds of jobs and millions of dollars,” said Nick Tennant, the 24-year-old founder of the college, a BUDding business that operates in a few small rooms.

We Have Decided NOT To Die.

Daniel Askill has produced this video titled “We Have Decided Not To Die” & it is definitely one of the BEST videos I’ve seen thus far this year in terms of art form and overall concept. We all mourn death, but neglect to remember that life & death goes hand & hand. So what would life be I we refused to die? if the grim reaper got a pink slip? (times are hard… lol) if we had a choice? I’ve asked several people this question and some answered of course they’d live on Earth forever, but when I brought up the point of going through so much pain. The pain of losing so many loved ones throughout your life. Losing an unlimited amount of friends/family at the expense of death, they totally retracted their response and digressed.
Think about that as the ball drops tonight at 11:59pm as we remember all the ones we’ve lost this year of 2009 in ALL aspects of word ‘lost’.

Whiz Felicity Varsity Jacket

I stumbled upon a  japanese brand by the name of Whiz a while back and their pieces really caught my attention. Especially since I’m in the works of producing my own line, I try and draw inspiration from any and everywhere possible as an addition to what I already admire as a part of my own style. Here is a picture of their upcoming Felicity Varsity Jacket. This jacket is depicted in two different colorways featuring large diagonal pockets with nice embroidery of stars around the collar. This jacket will be available right after New Year’s Day (January 2nd) at Whiz’s flagship store: LUMP.

Yann Tiersen on 6 iPhones (Piano)

Videos like this makes me realize how much I am in LOVE with music
& how thee affect of technological advances further makes me think: am I the ONLY ones who strongly believes that music should have been a part of Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs?

Since I was a young school-age child I was fascinated by architecture and design. I LOVE art and everything that has to do with it. The world is your canvas my teacher once told me. Unfortunately my parents felt otherwise. “You’ll NEVER get a real honest paying job doing anything art” they told me. With that being said I felt obliged to listen to my parents as opposed to following my heart. I mean what is the other alternative at the age of 8yrs. old!? That was thee biggest mistake I could have ever made. EVER.
I watched A Bronx Tale once and one quote stood out at me: “The saddest thing in life is wasted talent.” I couldn’t have said it better myself in a million years.
Well now I’m left to be pursuing the dream of my mother’s which is to be in the medical field which is wonderful, but is it what I want to do? Is it my dream!? NO, but what is one to do when one has limited finances and your mother/father is paying for your school and utterly refuses to fund your dream? Woe is ME, but I’ll tell say this: GOD willing, before I die I WILL PURSUE my dream(s)! & how you may be thinking? Well simply put, through the monetary income  generate being a nurse after I finish school and start working. 8 )

Well now back to our regularly scheduled programming… before I get all Fred Savage on here.
